A visit to Dr.H yesterday and I came back jumping with joy.
FBS was at 5.19 (taken into consideration that I had not take any glicazide for the past 3 days).
HBA1C was at 6.0
The microalbumin cleared back :)
I am off from glicazide, now living only with metformin at a very minimal dosage .. yeay !! ALHAMDULLILAH
After Dr.H, I went SN.G, and she was happy that everything look great!!
Her words "Tahniah, anda telah berjaya. Anda kelihatan lebih kecil, seluar anda sudah longgar?"
I guess, working[out] at FF realy helps. And the self control of not to over eat [did i?]
ok, now .. where is that durian that I have been longing for?
