Highlights of the class
10 10 10 which is :
10 feet away - First impressions is very crucial
1st 10 seconds - The first few gestures (handshake, head nods, smiles)
1st 10 words - Self introduction. A warm welcome
Role plays was awesome. Yes, saya berjaya tahan marah. Agitated sudah pasti tapi maintain cool and could still control the conversations.
