that Redang Trip

The journey started at 4.30AM - meeting point was at the Petronas, Taman Melati. The plan was to board the boat from Syahbandar Jetty at 10.30AM - we totally forgot that Saturday is the Sunday for east coast. Had problem looking for the jetty initially then to get a parking too. Yup, we missed the 10.30AM boat and the next boat is at 3PM. 

 

After 3 boats (the first boat had problem, we had to return to the jetty and board a second boat) and the third boat is the transfer boat to the island - we finally reached the island at almost 5.30PM. The view that greeted us - awesome !!

The next day - we went to the marine park and spent the rest of the day lazong around on the hammock. Life is great. 

BBQ night at the resort on the last night - a DIY bbq session - first time.

Woke up early on the last day with hope to catch the sun rise and just enjoy the quietness in the morning. Alhamdullilah !

All in all - love the short getaway. 

Anything that screams beach - is just my thing.
