Ini adalah rutin biasa setiap tiga bulan. 3 botol darah adalah paling minima. 

Back in 2004, I hate coming here, tapi lama-lama , serah je tangan tu. Siap boleh direct nurse tempat senang nak cucuk. Use the butterfly needle instead of the normal ones etc etc.

Sakit? Tidak lagi.

Takut ? Tidak lagi.

Bukan berlagak sombong, tapi lama-lama menjadi kebiasaan.

ps : i was the youngest in the waiting line just now at the lab for appointment line. And according to Dr H, I am so far the only patient of his that adheres to all medications and appointments. And also among the well controlled diabetic patient.
