People without diabetes HbA1c : 4.0% to 6.0%
Target range for those with diabetes HbA1c : 6.1% to 7.0%
High : 7.1% to 8.0%
Too high : 8.1% to 9.0%
Very high : Greater than 9.1%

When I first started seeing Dr H it was around 12% (year 2005).
A phone call to Dr H yesterday morning reveal my lab result which was taken last Thursday.
RBS is at 8.7 (obviously he is not happy with this).
HbA1c is at 6.4%. With that reading, Alhamdullilah. Trust me, Dr H is also happy with this result.

Guess all the hard work paid off.
Gym hours, controlled food intake and enjoying life at its best.
